How many bartenders?

Mixing the perfect drink and being dedicated to your event are our top priorities. The more guests to be expected, the more bartenders you’ll need to ensure everything can be handled efficiently. Our rule of thumb is with 90-100+ guests, you’ll need more than one bartender. Keep in mind we also take what will be served into consideration. (Beer and wine can be poured faster than a 2-5 step cocktail drink.) This can be discussed during the inquiry process!

  • Our bartenders will bring their own tool kit so you don’t have to worry about the little things. The tool kit consists of: cocktail shaker, bottle pourers, condiment tray, muddler, rubber bar mat, bar towels, ice scoop, ice tub, and wine key.

  • Our most popular events are wedding, corporate, birthday, anniversary, and holiday. Let us know what we should prepare for, no matter the event type.

  • MBS travels anywhere in the state of Minnesota. A travel fee will be applied if located outside of Minneapolis, which is where our office is located. Inquire to see what your travel fee would be according to the current federal mileage rate.

  • Ice at your party is so important! Be aware MBS does not purchase or provide ice for your event.
